Link Building
Page Authority
Quick definition
Page Authority (PA) is Moz's 0–100 score predicting how well a specific page will rank in search results.
Page Authority is the page-level counterpart to Domain Authority. It estimates the ranking strength of an individual URL based on its inbound links and on-page signals.
Why Page Authority matters
PA is most useful when evaluating internal link structure or scouting specific guest-post placements. A higher-PA page passes more authority through its outbound links.
How Page Authority works in practice
As with DA, PA is a Moz prediction and not used by Google. Treat it as a comparative metric alongside other tools' page-level scores.
